Terms of Service
Welcome to Aglion Enterprise Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our global AI infrastructure, sovereign compute frameworks, and high-performance hardware systems. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these binding legal definitions and the scope of operational protocols defined herein.
1. Scope of Services
Aglion provides zero-latency hardware infrastructure and drift-resistant protocols designed for global AI entities. Our services include decentralized compute layers, deterministic silicon logic, and systemic node harmonic grids.
2. Data Practices & Security
We implement rigorous security measures to protect intellectual property and data integrity. All researchers retain full IP rights; however, users are responsible for the security of their local node interfaces and credential management.
3. User Obligations
Users must operate within the defined thermodynamic limits of the hardware and adhere to global compliance standards. Unauthorized attempts to override sovereign compute frameworks or bypass lockout protocols are strictly prohibited.
4. Liability & Governing Law
Aglion Enterprise Solutions shall not be liable for system drift caused by third-party software integrations or improper load balancing. These terms are governed by international commercial law as applicable to sovereign digital infrastructure.
01
Lawful Deployment
Clients must ensure all AI models deployed on Aglion infrastructure comply with international data sovereignty laws and ethical compute standards.
02
Resource Management
Users are responsible for optimizing algorithmic efficiency to prevent unnecessary thermodynamic drift and maintain hardware lifespan integrity.
03
Security Integrity
Maintaining end-point security and adhering to our zero-trust access protocols is mandatory for all administrative accounts accessing the core grid.
04
Reporting Compliance
All system anomalies or potential drift events must be reported to Aglion Enterprise Support within 24 hours to prevent systemic failure cascades.
Liability & Jurisdiction
Aglion Enterprise Solutions maintains advanced sovereign compute frameworks. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by governing law. All intellectual property related to our AI infrastructure and hardware remains the exclusive property of Aglion. These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable global jurisdiction where our AI nodes are registered. Users are obligated to adhere to security protocols to ensure system integrity and prevent data leakages within the AI infrastructure.
