Executive Team
Founder & CEO — David Agler
David attended MIT for his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, then went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physics and a PhD in Computer Science from Caltech. He then worked as a hardware designer at NVIDIA, and later as an AI researcher at OpenAI for several years before founding his own small technology ventures. Aglion Enterprise Solutions, founded in 2021 as a subdivision of the parent company, is his latest company focused on advanced AI infrastructure and safety‑aligned hardware.
Principal AI Researcher — Victor Henriksen
Victor Henriksen first met David at Caltech, where he was completing his Master of Science in Applied Mathematics with a focus on advanced algorithms. He went on to earn a PhD in Computer Science, focusing on AI Safety research, and has since led extensive research on alignment and safety at Anthropic. At Aglion, Victor leads the company’s AI research agenda, focusing on robust, drift-resistant systems and safety-aligned infrastructure.
Chief Research Auditer — Andrea Flores
With deep experience in reviewing private sector and government proposals as well as articles submitted to top academic journals, Andrea supports the team at Aglion by doing deep dives into the research proposals we receive and the researchers we bring on to our team, ensuring that Aglion is basing our technology on proven, robust foundations.
